Tim, originally from New Jersey, graduated from Rutgers College of Engineering with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1983. He went on to have a successful 35-year career at United Parcel Service (UPS), working in Industrial Engineering and Marketing across New Jersey, California, Connecticut, and New York before his retirement.
In 2017, Tim relocated to Hillsboro Beach, Florida, with his wife, Venus. Since then, he has been an active member of his community, serving on the HOA board for six years.
