Peter "Pete" Pellegrini brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, holding broker licenses in both New York and Florida. Raised in Ridgewood, Queens, where his family ran the well-known Pellegrini's Catering Hall on Fresh Pond Road, Pete learned the importance of hard work and dedication from his father, an Italian immigrant. It was in the family restaurant where Pete discovered his passion for making people feel at home—an approach he carries into every real estate transaction. Pete's diverse education includes studies at the New York Restaurant School, St. John's University, and the American Real Estate School, where he became a Licensed Assistance Appraiser in New York. Now a successful realtor and investor, Pete specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market, leveraging his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure every deal is seamless and rewarding. A native New Yorker, Joanne was raised in Forest Hills, Queens and graduated St. John’s University with a B.S. in Communication Arts. She began her sales career at ABC Television working in the commercial spot sales department for the owned and operated television stations on the West coast. After getting married, moving to Long Island, raising her two children and obtaining her black belt in karate, Joanne founded a 501(c)3 charity called Moms Who Kick, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research. The charity produced six fundraising calendars which featured women who were affected by cancer. Funds raised were donated to local area hospital’s research initiatives. Joanne’s competitive edge led her into the ring as an amateur boxer for another local Long Island charity, raising funds for individuals on Long Island who needed help following unexpected life-changing challenges. With the desire to continue helping others, Joanne entered the real estate world. Her unwavering spirit embraces every client and transaction with professionalism, determination and attention to detail. Tim, originally from New Jersey, graduated from Rutgers College of Engineering with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1983. He went on to have a successful 35-year career at United Parcel Service (UPS), working in Industrial Engineering and Marketing across New Jersey, California, Connecticut, and New York before his retirement. In 2017, Tim relocated to Hillsboro Beach, Florida, with his wife, Venus. Since then, he has been an active member of his community, serving on the HOA board for six years. Now a Realtor, Tim is passionate about helping his clients achieve their dreams of homeownership, bringing his dedication, expertise, and community insight to every transaction.
