Please use only disposable or unbreakable tableware around the pool. -When leaving, close all doors and windows. Please respect our neighbors by keeping music at a reasonable volume. - Smoking cigarettes and electronic cigarettes forbidden. - Prohibited events, parties and assembly. Don't disturb the peace. Violators will be asked to leave the property no refund. - All guests must be included in the booking. The house cannot be more than 10 people. - ID will be requested and must match the guest staying in the house. - No refunds for errors - All guests agree to swim on their own fear and risk. - No fence around the lake and pool. Adults should supervise children at all time, especially around the pool and lake.
